Landscaping/Grounds Keeping
Assignment Type: Temporary
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Varies)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Great temporary opportunity for a Landscaper/Grounds Keeper!
Job Duties:
Operate equipment such as mowers, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.
Mow or edge lawns using power mowers or edgers.
Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers.
Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners.
Gather and remove litter.
Maintain and/or use repair tools.
Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters or other grounds features.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
6 months to 1 year of experience
