Vivint Solar Click Support Analyst
Vivint Solar is seeking a Click Support Analyst in and around the Orem, UT area. We are looking for problem solvers, self-motivators and action oriented thinkers. We are changing the way the world produces power and are looking for a Click Support Analyst that is ready to jump in and help our fast growing business grow even faster.
The Click Support Analyst will work closely with office managers and technicians to ensure that the scheduling process is efficient and optimizes technicians' time. The Analyst will work with account coordinators to problem solve any issues that may arise during the scheduling process. The Analyst ensures accurate reporting of customer progress and periodically update what is included in the reports.
Responsibilities:
Managing the Click process and monitoring jeopardy tickets for Solar
Maintaining an open dialog with the technicians and managers in the field and at corporate
Maintaining a phone line for Technicians, OMs and Solar ACs
Compiling the DashBoard for the Solar ACs on a daily basis
Maintaining the Five-9 dialer for the AC Team
Required Skills
Knowledge of the Click scheduling software
Analytical mindset
Ability to work timely and meet deadlines
Effective organizational skills
Self-motivated with a desire to create new projects and work with little supervision
Flexible approach to working hours
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in the English language
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
Competent in Windows 7Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
