Gymnastics, Dance and Sports Skills Instructor
The Little Gym of Orem is hiring for a part time instructor Tues- Sat. Tues mornings, Wed evenings, TH afternoon/evening, and Sat til 5. Must also be willing to sub when other instructors need time off. Please have flexible schedule and be looking for longterm.
The Little Gym of Orem is seeking a part time gymnastic/dance/sport skill instructor. As a The Little Gym Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to teach great classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods. In addition, you will be working with a dynamic team of individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer service and a Membership experience that is second to none!

Responsibilities:
Under the direction and supervision of the Gym Director, position
responsibilities include:
70 -- 85% of working hours will be spent teaching exceptional
classes as scheduled. Variation in time is dependent on other tasks
and responsibilities assigned
Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The
Little Gym.
Thorough understanding of The Little Gym philosophy and program.
Communicate information accurately and professionally to
customers.
Contribute to a fun and productive work environment
Protect quality of The Little Gym curriculum through proper use of
lesson plans and training materials.
Assure all safety guidelines are met and maintained, creating a safe
environment for the Team and customers.
Assist in the achievement of enrollment and business goals as
identified by the Owner or Directors.
Maintain and increase member retention from semester to semester.
Responsibilities are subject to change
Instructor Desired Experience/
Qualifications:
Proven performance through experience in teaching or coaching
children in a related field is required. Background or training in any of
the following is ideal--
Gymnastics (or other related sport) performance/coaching
Physical Education
Child Development or Education
Kinesiology, Anatomy or Physiology
Sales and/or Customer Service
