The Manufacturing Facilities/Maintenance Technician is responsible to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain complex manufacturing equipment in a production setting. Performs adjustments to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with product specifications. Checkout and maintain mechanical subsystems, HVAC and electrical systems. Reviews Preventive Maintenance program and monitors schedules on existing equipment. Responsible for the maintenance of outside grounds, lawns etc. Will conducts quarterly walkthroughs with management and department heads of building and grounds to ensure safety, OSHA, EPA compliance. Responsible for permitting, signage and floor taping using GMP or equivalent.
Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical/pneumatic and similar repairs. Light fabrication including drilling/taping, welding of mild steel and other mediums. Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills. Physically able to continuously lift, pull, push 40 pounds and occasionally 75 pounds or more. Must perform fine hand manipulation and dexterity tasks. Continuous standing, walking, bending squatting, twisting and kneeling are required. Ability to climb ladders and occasionally work at heights. Must have a flexible schedule as some repairs will have to be done when production is not currently working. (Some weekends will be required)
Wages $17-$25 hr depending on skills and experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
