Inside Sales Rep

The ISR is responsible for generating new revenue from new and returning clientele. Our role in the company vision is to create new customers each and every day in an effort to service 15,000 users simultaneously in the next 3 to 5 years.
Daily
Responsibilities:
-Utilize phone and email to make as many connections as possible
-Report Connections, Pitches, and Sales in the Sales Tracker
-Attend and participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and company meetings
-Utilize Wrike to track non-admin leads
-Clock in and out using the REDX Time Clock to record hours for performance and payroll
-Complete any tasks assigned by supervisors or SMART owners
-Complete daily report at the end of each shift
-Have a positive attitude: Participate proactively in meetings and huddles; show excitement for assignments and tasks; find the positive in every situation
Show Drive: The status quo is not enough; seek to find new solutions to old problems; accomplish amazing amounts of important work; seek to solve problems or discover 'band-aids' that allow you to accomplish the task at hand no matter what; always exceed the minimum expectation
Use Good Judgement: Be honest and candid with customers and potential customers regarding the products, services, and support we offer; finish the task to the best of your ability, regardless of roadblocks that may occur
Expectation:
-Maintain at least the minimum dollar per hour and acceptable efforts to generate new contacts (40% talk times, or 10 calls/ hour)
-Be punctual for your shifts, and find replacements when you are unable to make your early shift
-Request time off at least two weeks prior to the desired dates
-Set realistic goals, and show sincere effort (based on the sales funnel numbers) to achieve them
-Fulfill special assignments on time and in full
-Treat co-workers with respect publicly and privately
-Address problems with the other people involved, or with the appropriate supervisor
-Use company resources appropriately

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
