My name is Lynn Pickett, owner/broker of Boomerang Real Estate. My niche market has been investment properties. I enjoy helping my clients buy and sell when the time is right. One way I have been able to work with investors is by having property management services for my clients. Because of property management, I know several renters who have purchased property this past year with other agents. Over the past 3 years I estimate renters have purchased homes and other agents have been paid over $50,000 worth of commissions.
I would like those commission checks to stay at Boomerang Real Estate. Would you like that business?
I have a goal for Boomerang Real Estate to pay more than 100% of the commission to agents who work with me. I know what you are thinking, how can any company pay more than 100% commission to their agents? Using a traditional methods, you are right, it is not possible, but I have a plan that makes it possible when people work together.
I recognize leaving your current brokerage may be difficult, change is often hard, but sometimes change is necessary for growth.
When we represent a client it is our responsibility to present offers to our clients. Shouldn't you at least consider the merits of my offer and see what might be the best decision for you, your family and your real estate career?
My plan and hope for potentially paying more than 100% commission is an attempt to help REALTORS and the way we think about real estate. Business ought to be about what is best for everyone, not just what is in the best for one or a select few. I feel my plan can make a difference in your life and my life. Working together is how we can make it happen.
