Customer Support Representative

- Two shifts available:
7am-12pm or 12:
00pm-5:
00pm (Monday - Friday)
- Fun work environment with small/close customer support team
- Provide customer service and technical support assistance for company customers through phone and email interaction
- Answer questions regarding products and services of company
- Troubleshoot software concerns for company's software product (software training provided)

- Customer service and/or technical support experience preferred
- Must have strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must possess strong problem resolution skills
- Must be computer savvy
- Must type at least 40 wpm
- Must have a good attitude and be able to work well on a team
- Must be able to multitask

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
