Property Accountant
Full time property accountant needed for multi-family portfolio. Will be expected to execute daily financial reporting activities for multiple properties including thorough knowledge of bank reconciliation, analysis of monthly statements and general ledgers, A/R and A/P processing, sales tax, initiating payments and fees. BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required plus 2 years multi-family property accounting experience. Excellent communications skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Accounting Systems (preferably Yardi). Compensation will be determined by level of experience.
