Manufacturing Engineer


Job Description: Responsible to improve existing manufacturing processes and develop new processes by applying knowledge of manufacturing methods, lean manufacturing principles and machine/tool /fixture design and fabrication.
Specific Duties:
Design and build and/or source machinery, equipment, tooling, jigs and fixtures to be used in manufacturing processes
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of each process in assigned area understanding process stability, efficiency, quality and safety.
Implement process efficiency improvements based on process mapping, layout and flow improvements, quality improvements and scrap reduction
Re-design existing products using Design for Manufacture methodology
Successfully manage project time lines, costs, and deliverables in a goal oriented environment.

Education: Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
Skills/
Qualifications:
3-5
years of Manufacturing Experience.
Manufacturing methods and processes
CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
Machine, Tool & Die and Mold Design
Working with complex systems and processes
Excellent communication skills
Technical presentations

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
