We are a residential lending company looking to hire a professional outgoing salesperson to contact targeted prospects for our companies services. This job is P/T to start but could move to F/T for the right person.
Candidate will be traveling to homes and business to offer our services in the Utah and Salt Lake Counties.
You will be doing the following basic tasks.
1. Contact potential customers via prospecting, referrals, and networking.
2. Transferring warm leads to company licensed officers and schedule a presentation.
3. Collecting all appropriate client data for company tracking.
4. Similar duties to those of pest control and alarm sales without the high pressure.
1. You must have excellent communication skills
2. You must be able to pass a background check
3. The ability to handle objections with professionalism, and the ability to break down barriers with potential clients is critical to success
4. Strong organizational skills is a plus
5. Must have reliable transportation
6. Competitive sales personality coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude
