Job Description:
Entry level position with opportunities for advancement and overtime.
The Jive Communications Billing department is growing and looking for a detailed-oriented individual to join our billing team. This position will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and closing tickets regarding invoicing questions and adjustments, taking payments for invoices and new sales, updating billing database, and occasional follow-up calls for payment.
A hard worker and quick learner will be able to learn the Jive system without previous experience.
Responsibilities:
Input payments with accuracy
Respond to customer's e-mails
Communicate with customers
Process equipment orders

Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service - the ability to be nice and confident in the midst of undeserved criticism
Aptitude for learning, problem solving, and adjusting to a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly, team-player attitude to go along with current staff and customer base.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, keep organized and prioritize appropriately.
Works well in a team

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
