We sell Elite IT services by understanding our customer's most important computing needs. We maintain and keep abreast of industry trends, our products and services, and the competitive posture of Elite IT.
This position is the first step in an Elite IT sales career. We want you to be earning a 6-figure income within 1-2 years, as our top-performers have. You will start in insides sales and move the field as your skills develop
Responsibilities in this role include:
1. Receive, qualify, and close inbound leads over the telephone by diagnosing customer needs and closing them on our services to facilitate their most important computing needs.
2. Close business to exceed quota targets
3. Participate regularly in trainings to become increasingly competent with knowledge of the information protection industry, Elite IT Home and Business solutions, the marketplace, competitive positioning, and market buying behavior.
4. Utilize internal tools including telecom systems, CRM, client diagnostics, customer billing, Microsoft Office, business intelligence tools, and others.
5. Energy, enthusiasm, integrity, and result-orientation.
- The personal drive and ambition to do great work for customers and make a 6-figure income.
- Minimum 2-3 years successful sales experience exceeding quota, or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy. Ability to communicate with non-technical PC, laptop, tablet, and smartphone users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate or bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
