Catering Sales Manager
As a Decadence Catering Sales Manager, you will be in charge of executing catering sales and managing current accounts. This position will also assist a team of caterers in fulfilling our client's need in order to create and maintain the high level Decadence Experience for our customers.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Viable candidates will:
Be a leader of people and an advocate for the company both internally and in the community.
Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the vision, values, and goals of Decadence
Demonstrate an understanding of sales and account management
Lead the catering team to achieve the company's operational and financial goals by driving sales, directing team to increase catering sales, and keeping expenses in line.
Schedule, plan, and help to complete all activities required for catering events.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to cold call and contact new potential customers in person and over the phone.
Exceptional sales and operational skills in a customer service environment.
Ability to resolve concerns from customers.
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers to maintain and retain accounts.
Receive and maintain food and safety certification in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience in social media and other online marketing
Interest and abilities in other forms of marketing and advertising
Sales and relationship development skills in a business to business environment
Not required but helpful:
Catering background or experience in hospitality industry
Physical Requirements:
Constant standing/walking
Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling
Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps
Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
Constant Distinguishing, with a degree of accuracy, differences or similarities in intensity or quality of flavors and/or odors
Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
