Our Ideal Candidate:
Has excellent phone skills and customer service Is a motivated, self-starter Can easily explain anything to anyone Has intermediate computer skills (Google Suite and industry specific software) Bilingual is a plus (Spanish speaking) Job duties include but not limited to:
Swiftly answer inbound calls Outbound calls to follow up on customer requests Schedule services for new and existing customers Assist Technicians as needed Demonstrate 5-star customer service with every interaction Calmly resolves and de-escalates any customer issues Escalate calls to supervisor as needed Maintain and update customer information as necessary Apply today! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
