If so, read on, because I want to talk to you! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that has a great attitude and enjoys helping people.
We have been in business for over 40 years and have a large and loyal customer base.
We have done our best to take care of them and a big part of that is through our customer service.
They are usually the first person our customers see when they come in the door and the last person they see after the repairs have been completed.
So, it is very important for us to find someone that likes to talk with people and cares about and understands their needs and concerns.
We need somebody that is a self starter and wants to go the extra mile to help things flow efficiently, as well as somebody that is good with numbers and spelling.
We also need someone that is trustworthy since they will be handling payments and money.
We want someone that has or wants to gain a basic knowledge about cars and has the ability to learn and understand mechanical things.
The main responsibilities for this position include:
answering phones and scheduling appointments, reviewing and spell checking work orders/invoices, calling and billing out customers, going over services performed, some minor sales, and other general clerical work.
All of the details of these responsibilities will be taught on the job so it is important that you are good at learning new things.
However, even with all of these other things, one of the most important responsibilities is to connect with our customers.
