You will work with other businesses to resolve any of their pest concerns, build relationships schedule and reschedule services, and answer customer questions.
You will communicate and collaborate with other departments to help best assist our customers.
We are looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our team at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT.
This is an in-office position only! Saela is looking to continue growing and expanding our team while creating long-term opportunities for growth and advancement.

What to Expect You will be taking inbound and outbound calls with our current commercial customer base to assist with any inquiries they have about their accounts, their services, and any other questions or concerns they have.
You will actively listen to customers and provide world-class level customer advocacy in every interaction.
You will leave detailed notes about all interactions with customers to better help future customer calls.
You will communicate and collaborate with team members, leadership, and other departments to best help address customer concerns.
This position requires you to work in the office at our Orem, UT location.
Qualifications Customer experience in an in-house/call center type environment (required).
Strong verbal communication skills (required).
Proficient computer/typing skills (required).
Experience in the commercial realm and working with other businesses (preferred).
Pest control knowledge and experience using FieldRoutes (bonus).
Positive attitude and persistent work ethic.
