We are a growing tax planning and filing firm and are looking for a full-time customer support specialist to help clients in the completion of the information and document collection process needed to fulfill tax planning and preparation services.
Support specialists interact with clients via telephone, email, and text to gather and collect needed documents.
Responsibilities Include:
Complete training on systems, products, and services to effectively assist clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clientele through phone calls, texts, and emails.
Managing and collecting documents from clients for tax preparation and filings.
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required for this position High school diploma Communication skills and professional phone etiquette Basic computer, typing and technical skills Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in the work environment Ability to multi-task and manage multiple systems at once Desire to meet performance goals Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
