Software Engineer
The Software Engineer will develop, maintain, and improve MPi's Express software. They will work within an Agile environment, attending daily standups and meeting Sprint goals. The Software Engineer will be expected to participate in Sprint Planning, code reviews, and assisting other developers in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
May help in writing sections of functional spec/design documentation, under the mentoring more senior developers.
Designs, develops and maintains high-quality code for simple to complex components of a project.
Collaborates with direct team members and other groups in writing clear and concise functional, design, and interface specifications.
Follows the software development lifecycle process when developing software.
Able to follow development standards (coding standards, unit testing, integration testing, best practices).
Works with minimal supervision on well-defined tasks. Medium complexity tasks require some mentoring and guidance. Complex tasks may require direct supervision.
Requires detailed instructions on new assignments.
Follows well-defined directions.
Work is regularly reviewed for accuracy and adequacy.
Express ideas clearly in team meetings.
Ability to communicate in English in all SDLC meetings (DSM, Sprint Planning, etc.).
Ability to write and comprehend technical documents and emails in English.
Job Requirements:
Should have firm understanding of software development concepts for Microsoft's .NET platform.
Minimum of 3 years of recent software development experience in .NET C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, and related technologies.
