Quality Assurance Software Engineer

Job duties Include but are not limited to:
Writing test cases and developing test plans
Develop and maintain automated test suites
Validate desktop and web application software
Create defect reports
Assist with customer support escalation issues
Provide product training to customer support personnel

years prior experience in software QA
Working knowledge of automated testing tools for Windows applications.
Working knowledge of SQL Server 2008/2013
MS Access Database experience
Experience with data processing and management
Ability to diagnose software and look for inconsistencies.
Excellent communication skills
Self-Starter and ability to work as a leader in a small team environment
B.S. or equivalent in computer technology related field.
