Essential Functions:
Advise and drive marketing decisions with use of customer insights and trends.
Support residential and commercial marketing teams.
Create usable and accessible data dashboards.
Report to improve decision-making on pricing, branding, retailing, and general business decisions.
Conduct qualitative research to help enhance the efforts of the department and company.
Work with multiple marketing teams to help improve upon current processes.
Manage multiple marketing research studies and ensure that each one is fielded and completed on time.
Analyze and study information that pertains to the Blendtec product and summarize information to present to the Marketing Tea m
Education/
Experience:
Bachelors in Marketing, Statistics, or other related field required.
MBA preferred

years experience in marketing research
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Knowledge in custom marketing research, database management and/or syndicated research
Experience using marketing research to drive decisions and monitor results.
Ability to work well with other departments to forward initiatives.
Ability to clearly communicate research outcomes to all necessary departments and team members.
Experience presenting and showing collected data in small and large group settings.
