Job Description
Equinox IT services is hiring for Technical Support team members to ensure our clients are getting the technical support and excellent customer service they need. You will primarily be helping clients remotely, over remote sessions, phone, email, and chat. Occasionally there is onsite support, which is optional for techs that enjoy that as well.
Equinox IT Services supports networks for local small and medium sized businesses. Our customers include Medical, Professional Services, Manufacturers, and more. Our clients love our team approach. Technical staff work together in small teams to take care of classic Helpdesk (Windows, MS Office, o365, and Primary Business Application support requests), onsite facing issues, back-end IT Support issues, SysAdmin / NetAdmin / Server Admin work, and related duties. With our white glove approach, each team focuses on knowing clients extremely well. We take a personal interest in them, and we take professional pride in helping them get back to work right away. Because of our broad range of clients, we will give extra consideration to those with more experience across multiple industries.

We provide basic training on our systems and toolsets so that experienced techs can get to work quickly helping on client issues. Candidates must have very strong innate troubleshooting skills, and to already know many common problems and solutions with operating systems, standard desktop applications, as well as PC hardware and common peripherals. Depending on your particular experience and background, quickly getting up to speed in this role may require excellent self-study habits and off-the-clock initiative away from the office.

Requirements:
4 year minimum of full time tech experience with windows OS/MS stack and other applications.
$20-$30/hour DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
