Sales Operations Analyst
Job Responsibilities The Blue RavenSales Operations Analystshould be able to handle all reporting needs of the sales team especially in regards to recruiting and recruiting budgets.
You will be in charge of managing all sales ads within multiple job boards and ensuring all our ads are up to date and receive attention.
Your number one priority is to ensure the sales ads are receiving applicants and tracking the recruiting budget and recruiting efforts.
You should be a wizard in Excel andor Google Sheets with a decent knowledge of Power BI.
This person needs to be able to communicate effectively withsales managers sales representatives account representatives and coworkers.
Must be able to adapt to an everchanging environment and have strong problemsolving skills.
They must be able to create solutions with minimal direction and see them through to completion.
Responsibilities of theSales Operations Analyst Candidates must have an extreme attention to detail and be resilient when faced with challenges in order to Manage and maintain all sales ads on various job boards Create new job ads for new market areas and determining what areas will bring in the most applicants Create and run reports for recruiting budget recruiting and hiring numbers and any other ad hoc reporting for sales leadership team as needed Maintain and ensure recruiting budget is on pace and does not go over the allocated budget provided Maintain good and consistent relationships with job board representatives sales management and coworkers Communicate effectively professionally and with great customer service polite engaging patient respectful while keeping in mind time constraints Contribute ideas to processreporting improvement problem solving Qualificationsof theSales Operations Analyst A strong candidate will be able to show a track record of Effective and professional communication skills via phone video conferencing email and text Amazing attention to detail and ability to focus Demonstrate a thorough knowledge ofMicrosoftOfficeMicrosoft WordSharePointExcel Power BITeams etc.
