(KOTM) is a nonprofit organization located in Orem, UT.
KOTM supports the development of young children and families by empowering families, one kid at a time.
KOTM provides services through five main programs:
Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care and KOTM's Autism Center.
KOTM is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative support staff in providing applied behavior analysis therapy to over 100 children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder throughout Utah.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification LBA certification in Utah; Out-of-state BCBAs will receive support in obtaining Utah licensure 3
years' experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents Ability to provide positive direction, support, and training to behavior technicians Proficiency at organizing and managing work tasks and schedule, and meeting assigned deadlines Experience developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy Must be a supportive and respectful team player KOTM Benefit Snapshot:
$5,000 sign-on bonus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
