Information Technology Manager
This is a management level position responsible for analyzing and directing all IT related activities of the organization with supervisory responsibilities for all staff assigned to the IT department.
This position is accountable for ensuring continuity of computer services for computer users throughout the organization through planning technical leadership and project coordination.
Must have good working knowledge of all aspects of the VMware environment as the candidate will be responsible for managing backups and determining resource allocation between the systems and many virtual machines and troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise and monitoring performance ensuring system availability and reliability.
A successful candidate will be familiar with and able to implement industry leading best practices in System Administration Security and management and be able to plan for future expansion.
Familiarity with Darktrace Global Protect Palo Alto Firewalls BrocadeRuckus LinuxUbuntu Adlumen Duo MS Windows Administration Kace Firewall Management WiFi and CISA recommendations are a plus.
Education and Experience Competencies To perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
