Irrigation Technician
Job Description
Alpine Lawn and Landscape is a Utah lawn maintenance company that is based out of Orem Utah. We are looking for someone who has 2 to 3 years experience with irrigation repair to replace our technician who has moved. This person would also need to be willing to join a crew that performs maintenance tasks such as mulching, pruning, weeding and sometimes mowing.
Responsibilities
Activate and deactivate irrigation systems
Repair and troubleshot irrigation systems as required
purchase parts required to repair irrigation systems maintaining accurate inventory and strict
cost controls.
submit accurate billing information
promote and maintain safe working conditions
program irrigation clocks to ensure proper watering of landscapes
ensure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned.
gather and update historical data for each account regarding water source point of
connection and mainline locations, services performed and parts installed.
May also perform other landscape maintenance duties such as pruning, lawn mowing and
edging and spring and fall clean up while irrigation clientele is built up.

Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience as an irrigation technician. A valid Utah drivers license is required and experience pulling a small trailer is recommended.
Additional Information
Pay will be $16.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
