Software Support and Customer Service Specialist

Accepting resumes to fill a fulltime Software Support and Customer Service Specialist position.
We are a growing software company with remote and onsite work options available.
This position will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service and technical support for a cloudbased dental software company.
Skills must include great customer service skills the ability to communicate professionally using email ticketing systems and phones.
Must have an advanced understanding of computers operating systems and basic hardware understanding.
Additional consideration will be given to those that have experience dealing with customerfacing technical support software training or trouble shooting experience and customer service experience.
Install and Setup Software on Remote Servers and Workstations Inhouse IT support Troubleshoot Cloud and Desktop Software Manage and Prioritize Support Tickets Update and Maintain Knowledge Base Customer Support Phone Calls.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
