Samples Department
Job Summary As an essential part of the Soelberg Industries team you will communicate with our nationwide sales team customers including architects designers contractors and millworkers and all our internal departments including the national sales manager.
With participation focusing on sample presentation you are uniquely positioned within the company to have a large amount of influence over the initial interaction with customers and introduction to the product.
Your main responsibilities consist of sample order management inventory communication and problem solving.
To do this you will gather and collect information from our customers and their sales reps for specific projects and communicate that information clearly and completely to internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong office work experience highly skilled in communicating with people in person and via technology and some knowledge of the contracting or millwork industry.
This is a hands on job with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Extreme attention to detail and ability to influence across departments and levels of management without official authority is essential.
