Customer Service Representative / Junior Service Advisor
Are you an individual that likes developing relationships and cares about others Do you want to work in a good clean environment physically ethically and morally Do you strive to always do the right thing and work hard to better yourself and overcome your shortcomings If so read on because I want to talk to you We are looking for a Junior Service Advisor that has a great attitude and enjoys helping people.
We have been in business for over years and have a large and loyal customer base we have done our best to take care of them and a big part of that is through our service advisors.
They are usually the first person our customers see when they come in the door and the last person they see after the repairs have been completed.
So it is very important for us to find someone that likes to talk with people and cares about and understands their needs and concerns.
We need somebody that is a self starter and wants to go the extra mile to help things flow efficiently as well as somebody that is good with numbers and spelling.
We also need someone that is trustworthy since they will be handling payments and money.
We want someone that has a basic knowledge about cars and has the ability to learn and understand mechanical things.

The main responsibilities for this position include answering phones and scheduling appointments reviewing and spell checking work ordersinvoices calling and billing out customers going over services performed writing up estimates on simpler jobs some minor sales and other general clerical work.
All of the details of these responsibilities will be taught on the job so it is important that you are good at learning new things.
However even with all of these other things one of the most important responsibilities is to connect with our customers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
