The reception staff are the first face of our facility so a kind welcoming and confident demeanor is key.
Welldeveloped interpersonal skills an ability to multitask efficiently being focused and task oriented while taking direction well are ideal.
Reception staff work under the direction of the Reception Coordinator and Program Director.
Competitive Wage Opportunity for monthly bonuses Opportunity for annual end of year bonuses MAJOR DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate ability to manage daily routine related to reception tasks such as managing the phones messages staff announcements and delivers Seek to continuously improve work processes and offer suggestions for the improvement of care Be proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and respond appropriately in emergency situations Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment and establish and maintain healthy rapport with residents Maintain professional boundaries and support a positive and friendly work environment Maintain confidentiality REQUIREMENTS Minimum High School Diploma Current CPRFirst Aid Certification Certification Offered on the Job Year prior reception experience preferred Step or recovery experience is preferred and is an asset Able and willing to work holidays and weekends Job Type Parttime Pay.
