Dental Front Desk treatment coordinator
We are looking for an experienced dental team member who is able and willing to oversee patient treatment scheduling as well as patient benefits coordination and taking payments.
The position is for fulltime but parttime applicants will be considered as well.
Applicants who are chairside dental assistants will be considered if they have several years of experience and a little bit of crosstraining with front desk procedures.
Patient scheduling treatment plan presentation to patients insurance clarification and coordination taking patient calls and emails calling insurance companies for insurance plan breakdowns At least year of front desk dental office work or years of chairside dental assisting with some front desk procedure crosstraining.
