Allies Supported Employment is looking for motivated, responsible, and fun people to help grow our business in the Utah County and surrounding areas.
As an Employment Specialist, you will assist people with a wide range of basic life and job skills that promote their independence and success in the workforce.
Additionally, you will network, develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses; creating employment avenues for your current and future clients.
You will be an advocate and ambassador; sharing Allies vision and mission while building business relationships.
Use your savvy sales skills and business knowledge to help employers see the immense value you, your client, and Allies brings to their business.
This job requires entrepreneurship, business savvy, and the ability to problem solve complex hiring issues for small and medium sized businesses.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping underserved populations such as people with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment in the communities they live in, while simultaneously, helping employers improve their bottom line.

Coach clients on basic life and job skills to prepare for the workforce Maintains accurate daily documentation on clients progress Communicate regularly with clients, employers and support teams Attend mandatory trainings, presentations and staff meetings (Helps you be your best!) Coach and encourage client independence Conducting Job Analysis Conducting Business/employer informational interviews Determining specific pathways to employment for your clients and developing those pathways Network and develop positive partnerships with local businesses in person and via cold calling.

Qualifications:
Experience with individuals with disabilities Must have reliable transportation and being willing to drive Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite, Google Docs) Proven ability to effectively communicate Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Able to motivate and lead clients Fluent in Spanish and English a plus Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
