Quick Apply Part-time 16 hours ago Full Job Description The Child Care at Orem Family Fitness Center is hiring for Child Care Attendants.
This is a part-time, non-benefitted position at the Orem Fitness Center, responsible for the care of patrons' children while they are using the Center.
Schedule is 7:
40am-12pm and 4pm-9pm, looking for individuals for both shifts/times of day.
Childcare employees recieve a free facility membership for themself and can bring a friend/family member.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Duties may include collecting child care fees, storytelling, arts and crafts, game time activities, as well as general care of children of all ages.
Check children in and out of the center.
Must complete 10 hours of training annually.
Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must pass BCI and fingerprint background check.
Requires a TB test from the Utah County Health Dept.
with a negative result.
Ability to deal politely and efficiently with the public.
Ability to enforce rules with children and adults, and settle disputes.
Patience is necessary.
Must enjoy and desire to work with children.
