Your job will be to hold the hand of our new users as they experience our software for the first time.
As well as supporting long-term users as new products and features are added.
Your primary mission will be to help them get up and going as fast and easily as possible get them motivated to engage with our system every day and help them to the point where they see the value of using our software! We call this the Ah-Ha Moment, where they realize the results of their consistent daily actions! WHAT IS REDX ALL ABOUT? Plain and simple we help Real Estate Agents find customers.
Our platform is designed to enable agents to pick a target, identify potential leads in their area, engage them via our powerful dialer, target them with social ads, and achieve their goal of finding listings & buyers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SUPPORT - IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST This job is a bit different than most software support jobs.
While you will still be answering phone calls, chats & emails from our clients when they need help your focus will be to find ways to answer their questions before they even ask.
Your job starts when someone first signs up for our system.
We set up their new user account and send them a series of emails but it's your job to get the new user engaged proactively.
This includes everything from training to follow-up.
You will proactively reach out to each of our new account users to add a personal touch, keep them progressing on fully adopting our system, and, most importantly ensure that we maximize their results to drive their success as real estate agents.
This might include emails, texts, chats, or phone calls to check in to answer questions or to invite them to a group training webinar.
We have an amazing group of support reps, who will be your peers sharing knowledge and best practices with you and you'll have a dedicated manager who will train, teach, and mentor you to success.
Over time you will quickly become an expert at helping people get up and running on our software.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE? Excellent computer skills specifically using web-based software.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

That means that you'll be doing a whole lot of on-the-job training & learning.
We expect you to become an expert in our software, how real estate agents prospect, social marketing & follow-up, and much more.
You will spend much of your time in our support tools, such as Intercom but don't worry we've got training to help you become a powerful asset for our customers.

WHAT WILL MY WORK SCHEDULE BE LIKE? This full-time customer service position requires availability during business hours, Monday thru Friday, 6am - 6pm are the open hours with different shifts during this time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
