Job Description:
As a Customer Retention Representative, you will receive and reach out to customers to extend services and maintain retention.
You will exemplify empathy and excellent communication as you work with our customer base and the retention team.

Qualifications:
Call center customer service experience Empathy:
You are empathetic and know how to build value while finding common ground and supporting customers Customer Relations:

months of sales or retention experience What to Expect:
You will receive inbound calls from other departments to speak with customers regarding requests to cancel their service You will contact customers who desire to cancel their service or who have already canceled and collaborate with the customer to find solutions You will apply principles of retention and assist customers interested in renewing services You will provide exemplary customer advocacy to resolve customer issues and improve Saela's services You will receive weekly mentoring from leadership to support you in developing your communication and customer care skills and achieving your personal goals Company Description:
