District Manager Position Overview:
2nd and Charles is looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business.
The General Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, and achieving financial goals.
In addition, the General Manager will be responsible for managing the production, quality control, and safety of our products.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role in a high-growth environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years management experience in a high-growth environment Prior manufacturing experience Must be able to lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime when needed Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Must have reliable transportation Job Types:
