You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving funding/balance issues, and resolving technical issues.
Training will be provided but must have prior customer service and tech support experience.

Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and support requests Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications 2

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
