We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Project Solar.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the onboarding process, which includes assisting customers with questions, sending revised designs to customers, collecting customer information, and ensuring contract signatures.
You will be the customer's first interaction with Project Solar.
As the face of the company, you will be responsible for prompt, clear communication with customers and internal team members.
Your primary responsibility is to provide a delightful customer experience.
You will report directly to the Onboarding Manager.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all potential customers throughout the onboarding process Collect photos from the customers of their house/electrical panel Consult the customer on the right design and panel layout as well as ROI optimization and financing options Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding Assist customers with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in a customer-facing position Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving skills Solar experience preferred Measurements of Success in First 90 Days:
Become familiar with the team lead as well as Onboarding team members.
Be able to contribute to the team Able to maintain a full customer load (50 customers) Able to contact all customers within a workweek Benefits and Compensation:
