Custodian & MaintenanceWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner/Janitor to join our team.
As an essential member of our organization, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of maintaining a clean and organized environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive and reactive mindset.
Your responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of our facility and take full responsibility for helping us achieve a tidy and well organized environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Perform heavy-duty cleaning and regular maintenance activities to keep the building clean and organized Clean building floors, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sweeping Empty indoor trash, service and restock restrooms, and clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Move equipment, supplies, and arcade games as needed Report any necessary repair and maintenance activities to the facility manager Maintain and organize the tools and equipment needed for cleaning duties Order and track supplies required for cleaning duties Schedule:
Flexible AM schedule (most tasks will need to be completed before noon) 4 shifts during the week, availability Saturdays during busy season 25-40 Hours a week $16-$20hr DOE Benefits
