We combine our software tools with state-of-the-art equipment to revolutionize the metal fab industry.
OSH Cut is GROWING! We're accepting applications for full-time day & night shifts help to assist in manufacturing custom fabricated metal parts.
The work sometimes involves carrying heavy parts up to 50 lbs with assistance.
We are actively interviewing for hiring in November through December:
Day shift hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm; Night shift:
Mon-Thur 10pm to 8am (four 10-hour shifts).
This is position starts at $23.
02/hour (night shift plus 10% shift differential).
Once hired, you'll receive very generous time-based pay increases :
6-months $27.
05, 12 months $31.
08, 18 months $35.
11, etc.
There is also a generous weekly production bonus that currently ranges from about $160 to $230 per week.
Training starts in quality and shipping on day shift where you'll learn & certify to OSH Cut quality standards for inspecting, labeling, packing, and shipping fabricated parts with opportunities for RAPID growth.
Lots of opportunities to receive additional on-the-job training & certification on laser operations, brake, finishing, and forklift operation, team management, shift leadership, etc.
Full-time position includes health and company-paid dental, life, short- and long-term disability insurance, HSA & FSA contribution matching, 15 days/year PTO and 10 paid annual holidays.
