Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant is the face of the office.
The client's first and last contact with Aspen Valley Wellness.
The primary role of the Administrative Assistant to ensure therapists schedules are full on a daily basis and to provide a warm, welcoming, confidential and supportive environment for clients.
Collect co-pays, answer phones, call clients from the wait list, respond to emails, maintain office schedules, anticipate needs of clients and offer clear information about services offered in the center including any potential risks and benefits.
Learn and understand the nuances of scheduling intakes and other appointments.
Uphold company policies concerning cancellation fees and documentation.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions with clients including phone calls, billing issues, emails, issues with therapists or technologies in the electronic medical records.
Attend trainings as required by the Clinical Director or Practice Manager and any other duties that may be required from time to time.
Clean and maintain workspace, therapy and neurofeedback offices, reception areas and bathrooms.
Keep track of inventory needs such as paper, ink, cleaning products, beverages, snacks, neurofeedback necessities etc.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and perfom light cleaning tasks, walk up and down stairs.
Cleaning duties include emptying garbages, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces, cleaning the bathrooms, stocking supplies in the neurofeedback room, cleaning and sanitizing neurofeedback equipment.
Coordinate with the Clinical Director and Practice Manager regarding therapist schedules, client issues, personnel issues, and office needs.
Qualified Caniditates will demonstrate the following qualities:
desire to help others, love of learning, interest in integrative and holistic approached to physical and mental health.
Good time management, attention to detail, self-directed & self-motivated, excellent communication skills on the phone, email, text and in person.
Team player, problem solving abilities, quick learner, set and maintain healthy boundaries with clients and co-workers, ability to ask for help or support when needed.
Preference will be given to individuals with a background in psychology or social work.
Compensation:
$15.
00 - $18.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
