Responsibilities:
Accountable to sales and ROI's of Marketing efforts.
Track all analytics across platforms and marketing efforts to understand results and make future decisions based on those results Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms in line with Amara's brand and long-term goals for growth and brand representation.
Answer DM's promptly Create content that engages the consumer.
Goal is more video's, tutorials, education, and sharing what makes Amara so Magical Capture company events, behind the scenes, things that make us fun and different and share with our viewers Pre-plan all social channels one week in advanced via planoly Create and execute an internal marketing plan to educate staff on all promotions, new products and services, company rally's, and so on.
Goal is to create a positive internal culture through marketing and branding efforts.
Find ways to encourage staff to post and tag Amara regularly on social platforms so that everyone grows Design promotional, educational, and company assets/print materials through adobe illustrator, Canva, and other design platforms Oversee website design to ensure that it coincides with branding and current promotions.
Help to upgrade function of website as well as aesthetic SEO - Get Amara in the top 3 searched in all categories of Med Spa, Salon, Boutique Grow E-commerce sales Manage and maintain shopify Oversee prompt shipping, returns, online consumer complaints, etc.
Manage reviews and respond promptly Grow and utilize Text marketing campaigns Learn and utilize marketing functions in our new software program Utilize email marketing and create email marketing campaigns Execute all marketing within yearly budget allotment Maintain high levels of communication to leadership, vendors, and teammates to help everyone understand all marketing efforts, etc.
Attend all education in all divisions where applicable Attend rep meetings to plan and execute brands visions and align them with Amara's vision and goals Maintain all marketing assets such as frames, restrooms, waiting areas, etc.
Maintain the 5 senses in all that we do.
Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, Touch Tie everything back to our 4 core values and 10 Touchpoints Help teach NHO minimum of 2 x per year Job Types:
