As a Permanent Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing our tax strategies.

Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:
Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all tax filings, including estimated tax payments and extensions.

Tax Planning:
Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to management on potential impacts to the business.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial data to support tax reporting requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related financial information.

Audits and Reviews:
Coordinate and manage tax audits and reviews by external tax authorities.

Qualifications:
