This successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and will need 5
years experience in a self-perform heavy civil and/or treatment plant environment.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets and timelines for timely project completion.

gas card Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Annual bonus based on individual and company performance Relocation assistance Job DetailsIdeally, this person will come from a background in the water infrastructure industry with alternative delivery project experience such as CMAR and CM/GC.
This person will manage a single, complex project to ensure project and production schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the project, including construction, budget and cash management for a single assigned project to ensure compliance with the project contract and owner needs.
Develop and manage the project schedule, pay estimates, project procedures, and equipment resources needed to complete accurate and timely project production.
Develop and manage the project organizational chart and staffing assignments for each phase of production, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of project objectives.
Provide technical insight to project pursuits and participate in bid interviews, as necessary.
Assesses the initial project contract and works with owner to resolve specification, contract conflict and scheduling issues.
Engage with all project stakeholders proactively, including managing partners, local landowners, business owners and regulatory bodies that will have influence over project success.
Perform additional assignments per management's direction.
Coordinate with construction management team to identify project risk and negotiate change orders with owner to ensure efficient and effective project production.
Supports and promotes project safety by ensuring compliance with the project safety Experience Required:
5
years' experience in water / wastewater project management required.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field a plus.
Experience in alternative delivery projects a plus.
