Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of electronics sales and technical products is a plus - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers - Basic math skills for retail calculations and transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed SPANISH IS A HUGE PLUS!
