We are looking for a Medical Office Receptionist - English w/preferred Spanish proficiency with the ability to think creatively, communicate effectively, problem solve, and the ability to work within and help to build an effective healthcare team as we grow.
This person will be responsible for daily reception and checkout desk operations in a growing medical practice.
You must be able to speak English clearly and cheerfully and having some Spanish proficiency is greatly appreciated.
You must professionally present yourself, be a quick learner, and be willing to jump in when needed to assist others.
This individual must have the ability to work efficiently; possessing well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
is required.
Prior Medical Office Experience is a PLUS.
Medical terminology is an important skill.
