Achieve Health in Orem, Utah, is a three-provider primary care medical practice that is in need of improved office management after recently outgrowing our prior practice location within Orem.
Our focus is on helping individuals choose healthier lifestyles with the goal of minimizing medication and disease burden.
As a result of this focus, we have been recognized as the highest-performing quality-based practice in the highest-performing ACO in Utah.
We boast a fully accredited Moderate Complexity laboratory, general radiography, DEXA, and ultrasound in-house.
We continue to experience rapid growth from word-of-mouth referrals drawing patients from as far away as Southern California and Washington state.
With growth comes a need to restructure from a purely entrepreneurial administrative model to a manager-based model.
We are seeking a management-level person who can help us navigate from three to six providers over the next few years while maintaining our quality-based, individual-responsive practice model.
We do not want to become that corporate health care clinic.
The right person will have strong management and front-line experience with an understanding of the operations of a medical practice including reception desk, insurance processes, financial modeling, understanding of medical assistant roles, human resource management, and general business operations.
This person will understand insurance contracting, credentialing and reimbursement functions and should be able to work with other office staff in a collegial, yet managerial fashion to accomplish in-office competency standards and certifications.
This person will be called upon to assist the entrepreneurial provider with specific tasks related to business growth and operational implementation, such as business service line evaluation and implementation, property/office acquisition, office configuration, community relations, event management, etc.
