Salary depends on experience but starts at $70,000.

This position will involve extensive litigation from filing the complaint to trial.
Discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, arguments, and strategic planning are components to this position.
We will provide litigation training as well as cutting edge trial preparation and practice training.
This position requires the following skill set:
Negotiating Time Management Record Keeping Organization Creativity People Skills Passion Eagerness to Learn You will be handling a variety of personal injury cases in various stages of the process.
Our firm will handle a case from the start of the claim through the litigation process.
Some of the responsibilities include:
