WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? You will work Monday - Thursday, 7:
45 am - 5:
15 pm, and occasional Fridays.
As a Treatment Coordinator Assistant, you will have the opportunity to greet new patients with a warm and friendly smile, making them feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they enter our practice.
You will play a crucial role in assisting with taking x-rays and photos, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained for each patient.
Building strong rapport with our patients is a key aspect of this role, as you will have the chance to engage in friendly conversations and establish a trusting relationship.
By providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive first impression, you will contribute to the overall success of our practice and help our patients feel confident in their decision to choose Nord Orthodontics as their orthodontic provider.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail is essential, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
