30 pm Responsibilities and Duties Answer phone calls and emails Communicate with and schedule new patients Communicate with medical providers and patients regarding prescription refills Fax and scan documents Help with billing and insurance tasks Qualifications and Skills Prior customer service or reception experience preferred Some college education preferred Medical and HIPPA training helpful Communication and organizational skills are necessary Attention to detail necessary Ability to multi-task necessary E04JI800tj6u406jjha.
