11 Bank Holidays 15 WFH days per year Responsibilities Understand what constitutes risk in a B2B environment Oversee the application process from start to end Perform extensive Know Your Customer (KYC) research and checks Ensure 100% compliance with bank regulations and guidelines Efficiently manage customer applications Gather appropriate documentation for applications Work with sales to ensure their deals are getting moved through underwriting Work with underwriting to ensure deals have all the required data Analyze transaction processing data and Underwriting team decisions to mitigate potential losses and/or expose opportunities Qualifications Experience with financial services risk management and payment processors Must possess the ability to think critically, holistically, and quantitatively as well as the ability to teach that mindset to others Sound decision-making that stems from learning who to engage with, and knowing what information to gather mixed with a balance of speed, quality, and assessment of possible impacts to all various stakeholders Ability to work with ambiguity and make/coach decisions effectively Comfort in knowing how to interpret situations holistically and assessing the odds of risk and success of mitigation techniques Asking questions with a high degree of curiosity to gain a full understanding to assess impact accurately Active listening and strategic negotiation Successful data-driven analysis experience Ability to understand Credit Risk and coach team members on best practices for analyzing potential risk through processing data and/or financial statements and ratios Internal control and regulatory compliance planning, strategy, and execution experience Strong communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong time management Understanding of risk analysis Recommended Skills Accounting Active Listening Attention To Detail Coaching And Mentoring Communication Decision Making Apply to this job.
